Making money with Domain Names is never easy. It takes me a couple of years before i really mastered the skills in getting good Domain Names. I have sold many Domain names on ebay. The truth is that there are times i made losses and there are times i made profit. Some were actually big gains. Some were small gains. This is real business. So this is not a fast way to make Quick Money

Couple of tips in Choosing Good Domain Names:

1) Two Word Domain Name ( Better still One word)
2) Good Keywords ( Keywords that make sense.)
3) Avoid trademark complication on words like Nike, etc..
4) Stick with .COM or if you want to purchase .Net, .ORG, etc.. Just ensure that the back links are good

Hope the above helps. Sticking to the few basic tips above will help you make a lot in Making Money. Of course luck does play a big role too.

I asked him back, what do you mean with the word ‘effective’?

He replied, how effective your blog into:

ones life
their decission
their perception

I don’t know how to answer him.

I have been bloggin since 4 years ago. In the middle of that, I stopped for about 2 years. I return to write the blog seriously at the las year. July 2008.

Since then, I have written a lot of articles in various topic such as, how-to , motivational, religious etc.

I wrote all the articles for the sake of of writing. I never intend to influence somebody until the very last question asked above by my friend.

Thanks for him. I should know that, with a pen, I can change the world. With a pen, some country get their independence and some lose theirs.

With a pen, someone can revert to the right path and others lose the path.

I really hope that I can be someone that can change someone else.

Toyota launch new hibrid car

Today’s post is no related to make money online at all.

I was excited when read a news that Toyota launched their new hibrid car. Actually, I am now doing a small research on Toyota hibrid car. If I am not mistaked, until today, Toyota had 239 type of hibrid cars. That are included the unofficial lauched.

I am really optimist with internet marketing. I do hope that one day, I would buy a Camry with my very own internet marketing money.

Toyota hibrid? Well, not really.

Quality content vs quantity

What a long day, it is never being so boring until last month. Too busy to update but suprisingly today, when I open this blog I got multiple comments to be moderated and amazing stat.

I was really thing this blog will gone forever. Lucky to me, the number of visitor is maintained everyday. Thanks for your support.

Actually, I want to thank Nuaeman (www.nuaeman.com) for his wise advice last year, when I started this blog.

Here is what he thought me and give me good results :

1. update, update, update
2. Quality post is better than junk post (talking about your daily life and bla..bla..bla.. – of course it is consider ‘quality’ if your blog is about yourself
3. Avoid spelling mistake – well, I don’t think so. My English is bad
4. Always be up to date with current issue – maybe, influenza A1 or swine or cute pig flu arose at Mexico, New Zealand and US will be a hot and the most news search this week
5. Be professional and don’t be too personal. When you got negative comments don’t simply delete it. Show to your readers and answer it professionally. It is a sign that you are admired
6. Be friendly with search engine (SE) . Don’t make keyword stuffing post to get index (you won’t)

The result not much, but guess what, other than you, my blog also visited from search engine. Google, yahoo, etc. Actually most of my visitor are feom search engine.

I used to get almost 200 unique visits per day. 40% of them are from search engine

7 steps to Blog for $$$

Hello all;

Hopefully, you are still reading this blog.

One of the reason people blogging is money. Besides of being a fun activities, blogging can always be a money maker for you and me.

But, how ! Everyday, more and more people are talking about make mone blogging.

It is seem to be impossible right?

I love to explain things in analogy. Here the analogy of how you can make money.

Have you been at your kitchen, helping or watching your sister or mom or wife baking a cake?

What the first things are they doing before baking the cake? Prepare the dough right?

It is the same for blogging. If you want to make money with your blog, prepare your blog first. The common mistakes is their blog is not ready to get money in.

Here what I mean with "prepare"

1. make sure you have enough content to attract your readers. It is a shame to avertise an empty blog.

2. Be friendly. In term of loading time. Cut away unnecessary image, change your mp3 bar from play automatically to play manually (it is annoying isn’t it? ).

3. Write your thought, don’t copy and paste. It is not wrong to copy and paste or getting the ideas from others articles, but it has a trick. The trick is, don’t copy blindly. If you copy from a news, make sure you put your thought, your ideas on the news. Make it unique.

4. Consistency . Too many blogger have a lack at this. Don’t be too hurry to earn money. It will come later if you consistently update your blog. Write your blog, modified your blog etc. If you can’t write everyday, write every week. If can’t, write every month.

5. Socialize. Hey, your blog also need friends. Go flirting female blogs. Hang around with male blogs. Don’t bee too dull. Leave comments, write feedback, link back and even tag your blogging friends.

6. No rushing. Don’t put high expectation to earn big money. Instead, target the earning gradually. $1 for first month. $10 for 2nd month etc. The problem when you have high expectation on your blog is, you will be demotivated when your goal not reach.

7. Aim high. it is different with aim high and expect high. Aim high, expect the worse. With this blogging culture, you will be successful in no time.

That’s all what I mean with P.R.E.P.A.R.E.

It is simple isn’t it. Trust me, build your blog, the money will come later.

Spam Comment. How to …

If you like me, whos has a blog exposed very hard to spammer, sure it wis a boring task to delete all the spam comments.

Maybe for 1st month, you can tolerate with those spammers. You go through every comments inside your spam comment’s folder.

Sound like you ?

But then, you realise, almost the comments inside the spam folder are really a spam comment.

Comments like "Awesome template, where you got it?" repeatedly sucked inside your spam folder. At last, you decide to hit the button "delete all". Easy….

But how sure are you that the comments are really a spam comment ?

Here are some tips to detect the kind of that comment.

1. Username is not a username

Can you differiciate between a username of "Make Money Online" and "Johan Chow" ?
Which one do you think is a username?

Most of the time, spammers used a keyword to make a comment. This happen for most of do follow’s blog like mine.

The more comments there successfully penetrate inside the blog, the highest the backlinks there get.

2. Email

If your commenters really sincire to give a comment, it should not a problem for them to give a real email. At least, look like real.

if the email used is like "2jasd9@sdaffuijh89123.com" then it is a spam comment.

3. The comment

Your post was about a healthy lifestyle but you got a comment like;

"Nice template" .

That are the 3 tips from me. Actually, what I am trying to say is, whicever techniques you tried to get rid of the spammers, they always come with something more powerful.

How to get blog’s idea ?

Yesterday, I went to Kinokuniya bookstore at KLCC. What a hectic day.

So many book. I went from section to another section. Looking for interesting book. Actually, I didn’t look for any book. It was just my new hobby to visit any nearby bookstore.

When I was at bookstore, what I looked, was not the book’s title only. I also looking for its cover design and how the presentation being made. It gave me new idea on how do I blog.

A second before I went out from the bookstore, ideas triggered. I was looking for one specific book. I wen from category to another category and, bump…the idea came in.

It happen when I suddenly got the answer for one of the question emailed to me.

"Where to get the blog’s idea ?"

One of the answer is, BOOKSTORE. Yes it is. If you don’t have idea on what o blog. Why don’t you go to the nearby bookstore?

How its work? If you really don’t have the idea, why don’t you use categories as your niche. I mean, most of the bookstore out there, categorize the books into their categories. As example, War & History. You can write a blog talking about history, war or even both of it.

What to write?

Don’t worry. Write about the book you found on that categories. You can write the summaries or even a preview on what is written on the book.

Get the idea?

Nah, I hope your "What to blog" problem will be solve with this idea.

Another scammer, selangor2u.com j/k

Almost every evening is raining at my place, Perak, Malaysia. I always want to get back to see my mom and dad. Really miss them. But financially, I could not make it happen.

This is another hard time for me.

I went to selangor2u.com. I thought it just another "make money online" website. Well, yes it was. It was a blog talking about how to do this and that to earn bucks. Sound pretty good huh?

But yesterday, when I came to the blog again, I checked my browser again, to see whether the URL is correct (I remember this website since I was the owner before I sold it). Well, why I said that, it is because, the content is totally not selangor2u.com that I know before.

Its took me to be on the website for almost 2 hours, reading all the articles there. Really informative, from sports, entertainment to current issue, all are there.

Hey selangor2u.com are you going to be news website or what ?

I bet you must have heard about "13 years old kid being a father" right? I know the stories from selangor2u.com. Hurm, pretty informative. At that time, I thought the owner just want to write something, but actually selangor2u.com had changed his niche.

Good luck selangor2u.com on this niche.

In easier words, it is like you find out that at your place the laptop’s price is cheaper than one at US. Therefore, after calculating the shipping price, you still get the price is cheaper.
